Win a Pair of Tickets to The Midsummer Classic & The Thunderball

Hackett is offering you the chance to win a pair of tickets to ’ The Midsummer Classic’ Concours D’Elegance and The Thunderball Dinner & Dance on 26th June 2010, organised by CTR Events in partnership with Aston Martin. 50 of the World’s finest Aston Martins will be competing in the Concours d’Elegance in various classes and judged by a panel of celebrities and style leaders, including our very own Jeremy Hackett.

- CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE -

Starting at midday on June 26th, the Midsummer Classic will be a relaxed, family-friendly event with the convivial atmosphere of a garden party. You will enjoy generous hospitality, including a Pimms reception, alfresco buffet lunch and afternoon tea.

You will also have access to the Concours D’Elegance, where they can see the priceless Aston Martins and Lagondas on show. You will also have the opportunity to view some of Aston Martin’s current model range, including the new four-door Rapide and the awesome £1-million, 225mph One-77 supercar.

- THE THUNDERBALL -

By evening Stoke Park will become the venue for the glamorous black-tie Thunderball. With the afternoon’s winning cars on display and a champagne reception, the evening will feature a fine three-course meal, an awards ceremony for the Concours D’Elegance, live entertainment from Maxine Barrie and her 17-piece band, a charity auction, and a DJ.

The charity auction in particular is sure to be a highlight of the evening. Held by Bonhams and featuring some very desirable items with an Aston Martin and James Bond theme with all the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the worthy Help the Heroes charity.

The prize also includes a night’s stay at the luxury hotel, Danesfield House Hotel and Spa inclusive of continental breakfast and the use of their Spa facilities (20-metre ozone cleansed swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room, Spa bath and Gymnasium with the latest TechnoGym equipment).
